I believe that our auras contain information and energy that can either bring clarity or obscure it. The extraneous energy we carry may stem from being empathic, absorbing it at work, the grocery store, or even from our families. It might also have deeper roots, such as religious programming, ancestral inheritance, or soul contracts and agreements made at a soul level, with or without our conscious awareness.

Subtle Body layers
1. Etheric subtle body - 1 inch from body:
The physical aura plane, also known as the etheric plane, is the layer indicative of our physical health and is the one nearest to our skin.
2.Emotional subtle body - 3 inches from body:
This plane mirrors your emotional state. When you are deeply engaged with your feelings, the plane will display this. Its color changes with your mood, appearing dull or blurred during times of emotional turmoil. This level facilitates the expression of innate emotions as it is linked to self-related emotions. Every shift in energy corresponds to a particular self-referential emotion.
3.Mental subtle body - 3-8 inches from body:
This layer represents thoughts, cognitive processes, and states of mind. It is bright yellow and connected to the Solar Plexus Chakra. This aura often radiates most strongly around the head, neck, and shoulders, and is more intense in individuals who engage in mental tasks or have an overactive mind. During creative activities, one may also observe colored sparks flowing from this layer.
4. Astral subtle body - 6-12 inches from body:
It represents the place where we establish our astral cords with others. It is pink or rosy in color and is connected to the heart chakra. This layer becomes stronger through loving, intimate relationships and may weaken during breakups or conflicts with loved ones. The state of the chakras is also easily visible from this layer.
5. Etheric subtle body- 18-24 inches from the body:
It symbolizes the complete blueprint of the body that exists within this physical realm, encompassing all that you manifest at this level, such as your identity, personality, and overall energy. It is linked to the throat chakra and may vary in color. Healing and strengthening occur through the expression of your truth and self-awareness.
6.Emotional or Celestial subtle body- 24-28 inches from body:
The sixth layer, beyond the physical body, is linked to the third eye chakra. It resonates with a potent and intense vibration, symbolizing the bond with the Divine and all living entities. It is a realm where unconditional love and a sense of unity prevail, often visualized as pearly white. A robust presence of this layer might grant one the capacity to interact with the spiritual realm and discern messages from angels. Healing here is fostered through unconditional love.
7. Ketheric or Causal Body- 32-48 inches from the body:
It contains all the information about your soul and past lives, vibrates at the highest frequency, and is linked to the crown chakra. Its color is gold, and it pulsates rapidly. When it is powerful, it enables you to surrender to the divine path and may aid in enhancing psychic abilities.
Your energetic field consists of many layers. Within these layers you hold multitudes of information, including ancestral, genetic and spiritual energies. I will look at these layers and with your guidance and understanding, I will send energy to specific areas to help your release what is no longer serving you., creating space for more of your higher self-energy.
